This policy outlines the terms and conditions that investors must adhere to when claiming cDAO tokens after participating in the Coinmap project. By initiating a token claim, the investor agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
2.1. Only investors who have completed the required steps during the investment phase, including providing accurate and verified wallet addresses, are eligible to claim cDAO tokens.
2.2. Claims must be made through the official Coinmap platform and within the time frame specified by the project. Any claims made outside this period may be considered invalid.
3.1. Investors must log into their Coinmap account and follow the token claim instructions in the "How to Invest" section on the platform to initiate the token claim process.
3.2. Tokens will be distributed directly to the wallet address provided by the investor during the investment phase. It is the investor’s responsibility to ensure that this wallet address is accurate and compatible with the Arbitrum network.
4.1. Tokens will be distributed based on the vesting schedule and terms outlined in the investment policy document.
5.1. Investors are responsible for ensuring that their wallet addresses are accurate and secure. Coinmap will not be liable for any losses resulting from the provision of incorrect wallet addresses or any issues related to wallet security.
5.2. Coinmap is not responsible for any delays in token distribution caused by network congestion, technical difficulties, or third-party service providers.
5.3. In the event of any technical issues on the platform during the token claim process, investors should contact support immediately for assistance.
6.1. Coinmap reserves the right to modify this Token Claim Policy & Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to investors through official channels, and continued use of the token claim service will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
