How to Recover Your Password

Step 1 - Go to the COINMAP homepage

In the top right corner of the screen, you will see the 'Login' button. Click this button to start the login registration process.

Step 2 - Click the 'Forgot password' button

In the center of the login interface, you will see the 'Forgot Password' section. Click here to start the password recovery process.

Step 3 - Enter your account email

Enter the email associated with the account for which you want to recover the password. After filling in the information, please click the 'Next' button so COINMAP can send you a link to reset your password.

After completing the above steps, the password recovery confirmation interface will appear. Please click the 'RE-SEND EMAIL' button if you do not receive the email.

Note: If you cannot find the 'Reset Password' email, please check your spam folder.

Step 4 - Check your email

Click the 'Change New Password' button to set a new password for your account.

Step 5 - Enter the new password

Please enter a new password for your account, with a minimum of 8 characters including both letters and numbers. After entering the new password, click 'Change Password' to complete the password reset process.

After successfully setting the new password, a confirmation screen will be displayed.
